A bit about me

I always enjoyed Art in school, but didn’t think I’d ever set the world alight, so didn’t pursue it.
Instead, I studied Photography in college. I got a job with a local Press and commercial photographer. This led to many exciting jobs. The best being photographing Jack Nicholson and Michael Douglas at the local airport! That photo made it on to the front of all the papers the next day!

Fast forward nearly 30 years and there is one Husband, one Son, a Nursing career, a (very) small dog grooming salon and numerous Beagles!

In fact, the reason that so many of my commissions are of Beagles is because I’m an active member of the dog show community. It has become an obsession and I have 5 at home ( for now)!

I specialise in Coloured Pencil Animal Portraits.

All my commissions are created using Lightfast Coloured Pencils. This means that your portrait should last for many years. I will work with you to choose the best reference photograph. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers start at £175, which is the price of my smallest drawing. 

Vouchers make a great gift for Friends and Family.
